• Information you enter into intake forms or questionnaires within the Tool
• Basic usage data collected automatically (pages visited, general device/browser information) to help us maintain and improve the site

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Generate the reports, recommendations, and deliverables the Tool is designed to produce
• Respond to your inquiries and provide client support
• Improve and maintain the functionality of Conversation Compass
• Send you occasional updates about your account or the services you've requested, and, where you've opted in, other MoxzClicks communications

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

Acceptance & Description of Service

By accessing or using ConversationCompass.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Tool.

Conversation Compass is a web-based tool provided by Sandy Zeiszler / MoxzClicks that helps users identify and prioritize LinkedIn connections, ideal clients, and referral partners, and, depending on your access level, may provide additional LinkedIn positioning and content strategy resources.

User Responsibilities & Intellectual Property

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the Tool
• Use Conversation Compass only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with LinkedIn's own terms of service
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the Tool or its underlying content

All content, design, reports, frameworks, and materials generated by or within Conversation Compass are the intellectual property of Sandy Zeiszler and MoxzClicks, except for the personal data you provide about yourself and your own connections. You may use reports generated for your own business purposes but may not resell or redistribute the Tool itself.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Conversation Compass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, lead generation result, or level of engagement from using the Tool.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoxzClicks and Sandy Zeiszler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Conversation Compass.

Termination, Governing Law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Conversation Compass for any user who violates these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
